Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling, cutting, and installation
- Prepare and clean job sites, including debris removal and equipment setup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow blueprints and instructions to ensure project accuracy
- Maintain organized material storage and staging areas
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Complete daily timesheets and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
