Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup operations
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction tasks accurately
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain job site organization
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing processes
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or skilled trades experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in variable weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
