Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, levels, etc.) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform basic concrete work, trenching, and debris removal as needed
- Collaborate with crew members to meet daily project milestones
- Report equipment issues and maintain tool cleanliness
Qualifications
- 1+ years of construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable punctuality and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
