Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Follow OSHA protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform light demolition and excavation tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Greater Boston
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to undergo background check
- Basic tool knowledge helpful but not mandatory
- Availability for morning/afternoon shifts (20-30 hrs/week)
