Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at construction sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Support skilled trades with material staging and basic installations
- Maintain organized storage areas for tools and supplies
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic tool knowledge or strong willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Team player with clear communication skills
