Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites through material handling, debris removal, and equipment setup
- Assist skilled trades (carpentry, masonry, concrete) with precision tasks
- Operate power tools and machinery safely per OSHA standards
- Maintain clean, organized work zones and adhere to safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Support infrastructure projects including foundations, framing, and finishes
- Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid California driver's license
- Reliable transportation to job sites
