Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation, trenching, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform demolition and cleanup activities following OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, concrete work, and finish tasks
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tool operation
- Commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
