Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and site preparation.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas comply with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous construction or manual labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
