Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling using hand/power tools
- Perform concrete work, framing, and demolition tasks under supervisor guidance
- Operate basic equipment like jackhammers, saws, and drills safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA standards
- Support skilled tradespeople with material delivery and equipment setup
- Document daily progress and report safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- 1+ years construction labor experience or equivalent training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for flexible shifts
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
