Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment as directed.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform site duties such as digging, trenching, and general manual labor.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and other team members.
- Ensure all tools and areas are maintained in good condition.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material ordering.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
