Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), digging, and carrying materials
- Participate in daily safety briefings and follow all site protocols
- Support demolition, concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid ID
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic understanding of construction site safety standards
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Austin metro
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with no attendance issues
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
