Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, sanders) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform basic demolition and debris removal
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support project-specific tasks as assigned by site supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or related experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
