Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling for residential/commercial projects
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job site layouts
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Perform cleanup, debris removal, and waste management daily
- Complete basic equipment maintenance and pre-operation checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, levels) preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided if needed)
- Team player with clear communication skills
