Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions for task execution
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic understanding of construction terminology and safety practices
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Fresno County
- Flexibility to work early mornings (5:30 AM start) and weekends
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Strong teamwork ethic and willingness to learn new skills
