Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and demolition.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, moving materials, and setting up work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Transport materials and tools to and from the work site as directed.
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Assist with site cleanup and equipment maintenance after shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is advantageous.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
