Responsibilities
- Material Management: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding or forms under supervision.
- Equipment Support: Help operate and maintain basic construction equipment and power tools.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Trade Assistance: Support electricians, plumbers, and carpenters with basic tasks as directed by the foreman.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Prior construction or labor experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and able to work well within a team setting.
- Safety Compliance: A commitment to following all safety protocols and wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
