Responsibilities
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and site preparation
- Perform basic excavation, trenching, and grading tasks under supervision
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Support skilled tradespeople with layout, measurement, and construction tasks
- Participate in site cleanup and waste management procedures
- Complete daily progress reports and safety documentation
Qualifications
