Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow construction plans and safety protocols
- Load/unload equipment and materials at job sites
- Perform general site maintenance and debris removal
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Report safety hazards and maintain clean work areas
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not required
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Positive attitude and teamwork focus
- Willingness to travel to Georgia sites occasionally
