Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, excavation, and site preparation
- Load/unload construction equipment and tools safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Operate basic machinery (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Support demolition, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Report safety hazards and maintain compliance protocols
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
