Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic equipment like jackhammers, saws, and compactors under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project accuracy
- Maintain organized, safe job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform light carpentry, masonry, and demolition tasks
- Document daily progress and report safety concerns
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Orlando
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
