Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain organized and safe job site conditions
- Follow verbal instructions and safety protocols rigorously
- Support various construction phases including framing, demolition, and finishing
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform general site maintenance and debris removal
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Raleigh
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license preferred
