Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks such as framing, drywalling, and concrete finishing.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials from delivery trucks and job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under strict supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of each shift.
- Follow all project blueprints, safety regulations, and company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred but not always required.
