Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials safely.
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring safety and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools.
- Mix concrete, cement, or other materials as directed.
- Perform general digging, shoveling, and leveling.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
