Job Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywall, painting, and concrete work.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Perform site preparation duties such as excavation, debris removal, and general cleanup.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
