Responsibilities
- Site Operations: Assist site supervisors with daily operations, including material transport and site preparation.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Tool Maintenance: Maintain and clean tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assembly Support: Help with on-site assembly of structures, scaffolding, and temporary workspaces.
- Site Cleanliness: Ensure the work area is kept clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- General Labor: Perform various general labor tasks as directed, including excavation, debris removal, and basic carpentry assistance.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to perform heavy manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required.
- Safety Mindset: Prior experience with OSHA safety standards is a plus; a commitment to wearing PPE is mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Availability: Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
