The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to assist our foremen and skilled tradespeople with daily operations. If you are physically fit and ready to roll up your sleeves, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other trades with daily tasks and material handling.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at the job site.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
- Set up temporary workstations, scaffolding, and safety barriers.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with blueprint interpretation.
- Support the project team with any tasks assigned by the foreman.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Must provide your own steel-toed safety boots.
