Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand tools
- Support demolition, framing, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks as needed
- Inspect tools and equipment for functionality and report maintenance needs

Qualifications
