Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and transport to designated locations
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Tucson
- Pass background check and drug screening
