Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including framing, demolition, and site preparation
- Safely operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills, etc.) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physically demanding labor
- Support Pennsylvania-based projects when required
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screen
- Physical stamina to work in all weather conditions
- No experience required – training provided
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic understanding of English for safety protocols
- Ability to follow verbal instructions precisely
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
