Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Support skilled tradesmen with framing, concrete work, and demolition
- Perform daily safety equipment checks and hazard reporting
- Complete minor repairs and site cleanup tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites across SF
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Team player with clear communication skills
