Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and light equipment (scaffolding, power washers)
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety protocols
- Maintain organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Support demolition, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
