Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, including excavation and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Follow site safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled tradesmen with project tasks as needed
- Adapt to changing project requirements and schedules
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Reliable transportation to job sites
