Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site prep
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, sanders) under supervision
- Perform debris removal and site cleanup daily
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions
- Maintain safety protocols and PPE compliance
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Transport materials via wheelbarrows, dollies, or forklifts (trained)
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability for morning/afternoon shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check
- 18+ years of age required
