Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and cleanup duties
- Safely operate hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Load/unload materials and transport supplies to job sites
- Maintain organized, clean work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Support carpenters and skilled trades with material handling
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Complete daily timecards and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
