Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and contractors with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Perform debris removal and site cleanup duties
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Assist in foundation, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Load/unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Complete daily progress reports for supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Cleveland
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Basic tool handling experience or willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check
