Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks (e.g., digging, lifting, material handling)
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and organizing tools/materials
- Operate basic equipment safely (e.g., jackhammers, power saws)
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts
- Complete daily time logs and incident reports accurately
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor/uneven conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance
- Willingness to submit to background/drug screening
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently
