Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Follow precise instructions for task execution and safety protocols
- Maintain organized job sites and report equipment/safety concerns
- Support demolition, framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Adapt to daily schedule changes and project demands
- Collaborate effectively with team members across trades
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic hand/power tool knowledge or willingness to learn
- OSHA 10 certification (preferred, training available)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Local Wichita residency preferred
