Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Operate basic construction tools safely and efficiently (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/unload equipment and materials at job sites while following safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Maintain organized workspaces and report equipment issues to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety standards at all times
- Support project timelines by completing assigned tasks within scheduled hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic tool proficiency and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Strong work ethic with punctual and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, noise)
