- Assist skilled carpenters and masons with material handling
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up tools
- Operate basic equipment (saws, drills, compactors)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines strictly
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Complete daily progress reports
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, levels, saws)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
