Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with daily construction tasks.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Prepare work sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Perform general cleanup and organization of the job site after shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the Cleveland, OH job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
