Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure safety and productivity
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal at project sites

Qualifications
