Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, debris removal, and cleanup.
- Follow safety protocols and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.
