- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Inspect and test electrical components for functionality and safety
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train motivated candidates!
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools
- Ability to stand, climb, and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee electrician license within 6 months
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
