Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver high-quality solutions
- Manage inventory of tools and materials for assigned projects
- Provide clear documentation for completed work and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Valid electrician license (Florida state required)
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across Miami-Dade
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
