Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Inspect electrical components for compliance with safety codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using testing equipment
- Ensure all work adheres to NEC and local regulations
- Collaborate with contractors and clients on project requirements
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proficiency in residential and commercial wiring techniques
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to safely operate power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (evenings/weekends)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
