Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to determine wiring layouts
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with team members on project timelines and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order necessary electrical materials

Qualifications
- Valid electrician license in North Carolina (or reciprocity state)
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
