- Read blueprints and technical schematics for accurate project execution
- Ensure all work adheres to NEC, OSHA, and California/Texas electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
- Collaborate with team leads to meet project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Valid California electrician license (or equivalent multi-state reciprocity)
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial electrical systems
