Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to ensure code-compliant installations
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including NFPA 70E standards and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely project completion
- Document work performed using digital reporting systems and maintain accurate client records
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients
Qualifications
- Valid electrician license or certification (e.g., Journeyman, Master Electrician) in Pennsylvania or Illinois
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical installation and maintenance experience
- Thorough knowledge of NEC codes, local regulations, and industry best practices
- Proficiency with power tools, diagnostic equipment, and electrical testing devices
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in team settings
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime as needed
