Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for accurate project execution
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and Washington state regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate project timelines and resource allocation
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical concepts clearly to clients
- Conduct safety inspections and recommend preventative maintenance measures
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise reading technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with NEC, OSHA safety standards, and local permitting requirements
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities for complex electrical systems
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs
