Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites in a safe and organized manner.
- Help prepare work areas by clearing debris and setting up equipment.
- Learn and adhere to all electrical safety protocols and local building codes.
- Perform basic inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding job progress.
- Keep work areas clean and compliant with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints or schematics (training provided).
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- No criminal record or electrical license required for entry-level position.
